Clinical Qigong

A comprehensive clearing of the energy-body to bring you back into alignment with your true nature.
Qigong works with the energetic matrix of the body, including the 12 major organ meridians, the 8 extraordinary meridians, acupoints, chakras, organs, and the energetic field. This system utilizes qi emissions through the hands and focuses on opening, balancing, clearing and improving the quality of the body's energetic system. An important aspect of this practice is teaching clients Centering and simple Qigong forms so they can learn to cultivate, move, and regulate their own energy.

Clients rest on a table, covered with a sheet or blanket, in a dreamy state between asleep and awake. Ann assesses the energy-body, then moves, expands, and enhances the energy flow. There is no touch; sessions are off-the-body.
Optional: Clinical Qigong can be experienced remotely, from anywhere in the world. We connect on video conference or phone during the session.
Core Synchronism

A gentle harmonizing of the physical body structures with its innate healing capabilities.
Core Synchronism combines cranial osteopathy and polarity. This modality works on the core current as the cerebral spinal fluid moves from the crown to the feet. The focus is to synchronize the movement of the cerebral spinal fluid with the subtle rhythms of the bones, brain, organs, nervous system, and breath. By re-establishing synchronistic balance, harmony is restored, thus breaking the pain-discomfort cycle.

Clients rest on a table, fully clothed and covered with a sheet or blanket. Clients feel the gentle touch of Ann’s hands on the head, feet, abdomen, and areas related to pain and discomfort.
Belief/ Body/ Emotion Code

A focused clearing of the energy-body related to specific intentions.
Belief Code identifies negative programs and limiting beliefs that restrict the experience of life.
Body Code identifies trapped emotions, mental blocks, toxins, misalignments, old patterns, and more in your energy body.
Emotion Code focuses specifically on the release of trapped emotions.
These negative and potentially destructive vibrations may affect the body wherever they are stuck, creating distress and malfunction. In a session, we identify and clear these trapped energies related to your specified issue in a gentle, non-invasive way.

In a session, clients have the option to sit or lay down . Ann will tune into the energy-body and audibly name each priority imbalance as it is identified and released.

Emergency Energy Clearings:
If you are suddenly feeling ‘off’, triggered, down, overly anxious, or other change in mood, this 15 minute session resets your energy-body to provide support until you can schedule a full session. Ann checks for 25 different vibrations that could be in your space, and removes them.
Sessions are fully remote, followed by a brief email or text.
Family members in the same home are included in the clearing, complimentary.
Clearing will occur within 24 hours of your request.
Emergency Energy Clearings are only offered to clients who have previously received a Clinical Qigong session from Ann.
